A few things you might be wondering.

AskKip is not available to buy or download yet.

What is AskKip?

AskKip is a desktop computer-help app in development. The goal is to make everyday problems easier to understand through clear choices and explanations.

Can I use it now?

Not yet. You can explore a product example and join the waitlist for updates.

Does this website scan my computer?

No. The preview uses fixed example information. It does not check or change your computer.

Is Kip a real person?

No. Kip is software. We plan to use AI as part of the product, with clear limits and user permission.

Will it work on Windows and Mac?

We are still deciding the first supported computers and operating systems. Tell us what you use after joining the waitlist.

Can it fix every computer problem?

No. We are not promising that. Physical damage, a computer that will not start, or a serious incident may need a qualified professional.

Will it replace antivirus software?

That is not the planned purpose. We are exploring explanations of security settings, not promising complete protection or virus removal.

How much will it cost?

Pricing and included use are not final. The waitlist is free and does not start a subscription.

Can I join for a parent or family member?

Yes. Use your own email address. We will not ask you to subscribe someone else without their permission.

Will a family member be able to see my files?

No such access is available through this website. Any future sharing feature would require separate, clearly explained permission.

Will the app work without internet?

Some planned features will use cloud services. Offline help is a separate capability that still needs to be developed and tested.

Will I need to understand AI or tokens?

No. The goal is to explain help in ordinary language. Any future usage limits will need to be clear before you pay.

Can I leave the waitlist?

Yes. Use the unsubscribe link in an AskKip email or visit Privacy choices.

Can I get urgent support here?

AskKip is not a live technical-support service. Contact an established provider through details you verify independently when you need help now.

How can I report an accessibility or privacy issue?

Use our Contact page or Privacy choices page. Please do not include passwords or private documents.
