AskKip is a pre-launch website. It does not provide remote computer access or a live repair agent. Product examples do not inspect your device.

Report a concern

Use our contact form with Security as the topic to describe the affected page and the issue. Do not send passwords, private customer data, or unnecessary personal information.

Keep testing responsible

Do not access other people’s information, disrupt the service, or continue testing after finding sensitive data. Give us enough detail to understand and reproduce the concern using test data.

What this page does not offer

We do not run a bug bounty or a formal vulnerability disclosure program, and this page does not offer payment or legal assurances for testing. The AskKip desktop app is not available; it will need its own security review before release.
