What counts as a repair.
One problem, start to finish.
“My computer is slow” is one repair, even if Kip changes three things to fix it.
Questions don’t count.

The plan is $11.99 a month plus tax where it applies, charged to the card you give Stripe, our payment company, and then monthly until you cancel. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
Cancel any time in Your AskKip with Cancel my plan, or email help@askkip.com. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Your first payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days and we refund it in full and end your plan. If we ever change the price, we email you 30 days before, and you can cancel before it applies.

How do I cancel?
In Your AskKip, choose Cancel my plan (or Cancel my reservation, if you reserved). Or email help@askkip.com. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after that.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Email help@askkip.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full and end your plan, no reason needed. After that, cancelling stops the next payment.
What if Kip can’t fix it?
Kip tells you plainly, and that repair doesn’t count against your 5. Some problems need a repair shop, a new part, or your internet company, and Kip says so.

Yes. Kip is being built for Windows and Mac. Your plan covers up to 2 computers.
Can I pay for someone else?
