What's happening with your computer?
These are the everyday problems we’re designing AskKip around. The app is not available yet.
These are product concepts, not live repair tools.
My computer is running slow
We’re exploring checks that explain common causes, such as apps opening at sign-in or limited storage. No promises of a brand-new computer in one click.
I’m running out of storage
The goal is to show what takes up space and help you review options before removing anything. Important files should never be treated as disposable clutter.
My internet isn’t working
We want Kip to help separate a computer connection problem from a wider outage. Some help will need an internet connection; offline guidance needs separate design and testing.
I need help with an update
Kip is being designed to explain update status and next steps. A restart or installation should never arrive as a surprise.
I want to check security settings
The plan is to explain specific security settings and built-in checks. This is not a promise of antivirus protection or a clean bill of health.
I can’t find a file
We’re exploring ways to look in folders you choose and explain what was found. Searching a folder should not mean uploading all of it.
My printer isn’t working
Clear questions about power, connection, and the selected printer can be a better starting point than a mysterious error message.
I don’t understand this message
We want Kip to help explain error messages. Any screenshot or text you choose to share may need sensitive details removed first.
I’d like to tidy my desktop
The goal is to suggest an organization plan and let you review it. Files should not be moved or deleted just because they look untidy.
Apps keep opening on their own
We want to make startup settings understandable, with clear choices about what opens when you sign in.
Not sure which one fits?
That’s useful to know, too. Join the waitlist and tell us which computer problem you most want help with.
